We are thrilled to announce the newest member of the Cambie Village dermatology team – Dr. Jason Lee!
Dr. Jason Lee is a family physician with a special interest in dermatology. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo, then completed his MD and Family Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Driven by a passion for skin health, he pursued extensive dermatology electives at UBC, the University of Toronto, and the University of Hawaii.
Dr. Lee has authored peer-reviewed articles in journals such as the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery and Pediatric Dermatology, and has presented his research at leading meetings including the Canadian Dermatology Association Annual Conference, the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, and the Skin Research Group of Canada Annual Conference. His community work to destigmatize acne and provide evidence-based skin-care education for youth earned him the Canadian Dermatology Association’s Public Education Award.
Dr. Lee is accepting referrals for a broad range of dermatologic concerns including: acne, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, warts, skin cancer, cryotherapy for benign lesions, hair loss, skin biopsies, and surgical skin excisions.
Dr. Lee is excited to bring his expertise to Cambie Village Family Practice. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fitness, martial arts, and photography.
