Unfortunately due to construction delays, the clinic will re-open 1 week later than anticipated on May 21st, 2019.
Staff is currently on site to answer phones and book appointments for when we re-open. Please call the office between 8 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 4:30 pm. We will not have staff in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
